HOW DO I TRACK MY REFERRALS? The Zoctu system keeps track of your referrals, and shows whether or not your invitees have completed the signup process whether or not they have completed the jobs / trips required for you to earn your incentive. You can also remind your invitees to complete their signup and trips through the Zoctu App or your Dashboard on the Zoctu website.
WHO CAN I REFER? You can refer anyone who meets the requirements to provide services with Zoctu. This may include your friends, family, colleagues, neighbors and acquaintances. You are only eligible for one referral reward per individual. If your referral has already signed up to provide services under Zoctu prior, you may not be eligible for a reward.
CAN I REFER SOMEONE IN A DIFFERENT CITY? Yes, as long as your invitee signs up to provide services in the same country as you and completes the required activity, you can redeem the relevant referral incentive. Referral requirements vary by country or city, so if your invitee signs up in a different city and completes the required activities, you will receive the referral incentive for the city they sign up in as a service provider, rather than the city you provide services in.
CAN I ONLY REFER PEOPLE AS ZOCTU USERS? You can refer people to use any Zoctu platform option, as long as they sign up as a User / Service Provider in your country. If your invitee signs up to an option other than the one you invited them to, you will redeem the incentive offered for that option once they have completed the required activities. Referral requirements vary by city and depend on the options your invitee signs up for.
We are sorry to see you leave the Zoctu Platform, and hope that you will join us again in the future. Let us know if there is a problem you are experiencing we could resolve to have you remain on our platform. If you, however, decide to stop using Zoctu, please contact our Support Team by submitting a request for deleting your account. Once your account has been deleted, you will not be able to restore it. Deactivating your account will also permanently remove any credit or promotions linked to your account Note: After account deletion, Zoctu keeps some information such as invoices and payments data based on local regulation about financial data archiving rules and as specified in our Privacy Policy.
